1. What is Southgate Pharmacy all about?
Southgate Pharmacy is your local friendly pharmacy that provides
fast, convenient and affordable service for all your pharmaceutical
needs. We have been serving the community since 1984. We have a vast
amount of experience, and our staff is dedicated to make your experience
with us a fruitful one.
2. Where are we located?
Southgate pahrmacy is located at conveniently loacted at 1620 South
School, Fayetteville, AR. For more detailed contact information and
location click on the home tab in the top menu and the Contact Us
tab on the left menu
3. What are the services available on this website?
From this website you can refill your prescription at the click of
a button. Just enter the ID and password supplied to you along with
the keycode information provided by your pharmacist and you are on
your way to schedule an easy delivery or pickup. New prescriptions
and transfers from other stores can also be done easily. Just click
the Online Rx tab on the top menu.
4. Why should I transfer to Southgate?
Southgate Pharmacy along with its support group provides many fast
and easily available services for all your health concerns. Browse
around this site to look at all the services we provide.
5. If I miss my prescription pickup timeslot...?
You can request a reschedule simply by e-mailing us from the contact
links on this website. Even otherwise your prescription will be available
for pickup at any timeslot you decide to drop in.
6. How can I contact you?
For address, phone number, FAX and e-mail information click the Home
tab on the top menu and then the Contact Us tab on the menu that appears
to your left. To send us an e-mail directly without leaving this site,
click the Services tab on top and then the Mail Us tab that appears
on the menu to your left, or jsut use the quick links on the top right

7. Can I ask for substitute prescriptions?
Yes, through years of experience we have compiled substitute medication
for many expensive brand name drugs. Ask about this at the store or
simply send us an e-mail.

1. What kind of disease info is available here?
In various sections of our website you will find links and resources
to find answers to almost every question you have. We, in particular
provide useful and latest articles published in medical journals in
the Journals section of our Wellness Info and links to many useful
sites providing answers to your questions in the Services tab and
Links section. Many questions posted by users are answered right here
in our FAQ section. Read on to find out.
2. I have Arthritis. What is the best medicine
available to dull down the pain?
Three kinds of medication are available for osteoarthritis.
Analgesics or pain relievers suppress pain signals to your brain from
aching bones and joints.
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), including COX-2 inhibitors.
Corticosteroids.
3. Does excersice and movement help my arthritis
condition?
Surprisingly if arthritis pain is restricting you to a chair, the
best thing you can do is bear a little more pain and walk around.
Excersice, especially water excersices are known to help reduce symptoms.
Start out slowly with a little streching excercises and then move
on to whats suitable to your age and abilities.
4. Who should NOT take the Smallpox vaccine?
If you have the following symptoms be sure to take your doctor's
advice:
- Eczema or atopic dermatitis. (This is true even if the condition is
not currently active, mild or experienced as a child.)
- Skin conditions such as burns, chickenpox, shingles, impetigo, herpes,
severe acne, or psoriasis. (People with any of these conditions should
not get the vaccine until they have completely healed.)
- Weakened immune system. (Cancer treatment, an organ transplant, HIV,
or medications to treat autoimmune disorders and other illnesses can
weaken the immune system.)
- Pregnancy or plans to become pregnant within one month of vaccination.

We are firm believers in the vices of SPAM. Your email ID will never be distributed to mailling lists.
We maintain the e-mail list on a seperate secure server.
3. How do I subscribe to your newsletter?
Click the services button on the top menu and then the Mail Us button
on the left menubar. In the e-mail subject write subscription and
leave the sunbscribe me box checked. Thats it! You will receive informative
newsletters from us through your e-mail.
4. How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
Use the e-mail form described in the previous FAQ and type in 'Unsubscribe' in the subject line.
Questions about payment information
1. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, checks, money orders and gift certificates given out by the pharmacy.
2. Is my payment secure?
As we do not ask for your credit card numbers online security is not much of a question. If you are ordering
a new prescription you can pay during delivery or pickup. If you are reordering we will simply charge it to your prespecified
payment option, which you can change at any time by making a request with us.

1. Do you have any career openings available? How can I find out about it?
Southgate Pharmacy is currently expanding and we always have needs, particularly for pharmacists and
computer technicians. Give us a call to schedule an appointment or just e-mail your resume to us.
2. Who has asked all these questions?
While we have asked and replied some of these questions ourselves
in order to provide you with a better insight, most of the questions
